3Can I order samples?
Yes. Samples are available at cost price plus shipping. Sample fees are refundable or deductible from bulk orders exceeding the MOQ.
4What are your lead times?
Samples: 7-15 days. Bulk production: 30-60 days depending on order size and customization complexity.
5What payment terms do you accept?
Standard: 30% deposit via T/T, balance before shipment. L/C available for larger orders.
6How do you handle quality issues or returns?
Refer to our Returns and Warranty Policy. We accept claims for manufacturing defects within 30 days of receipt, supported by evidence. Customized items are non-returnable.
