This Returns and Warranty Policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all wholesale transactions on https://sunpetjoy.com, a B2B platform specializing in pet supplies.
As a wholesale supplier, we prioritize quality control and fair resolution of legitimate claims. However, all sales are considered final except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or damage during transit. We do not offer returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or other non-quality-related reasons.
1. Eligible Claims
- Returns are accepted solely for manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping.
- Customized (OEM/ODM) products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.
2. Claim Procedure
- Claims must be submitted in writing (via email to info@sunpetjoy.com) within 30 days of receipt of goods.
- Supporting evidence is required, including clear photographs, videos, inspection reports, or third-party quality verification.
- We reserve the right to request return of the affected goods for inspection at the Buyer's expense.
3. Resolution Options
- Upon verification of a valid claim, we may, at our sole discretion, offer repair, replacement, partial/full credit, or refund of the defective portion.
- Any approved returns must be shipped prepaid; credited shipping costs are limited to standard freight rates.
- Processing time for valid claims is typically 15-30 business days after receipt of evidence or returned goods.
4. Warranty
- Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of shipment.
- The warranty excludes damage from misuse, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or modifications by the Buyer.
- This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
We encourage pre-shipment inspections or third-party quality checks to minimize disputes.
